Jianjie RHF(rotary hearth furnace) dezincification binder is specially used for zinc-bearing dust in steel plants, metalized briquettes can satisfy requirements of blast furnace. The briquettes dezincification process can prevent the periodic zinc enrichment from causing crusting,turret deformation, and other problems that may cause roof temperature rises.Jianjie binder can bind with calcium oxide in zinc-containing dust,the resulting briquettes can resist cracking, disintegration and pulverization resulting from residual calcium oxide and increase green/cured briquette strength.The prepared metallized briquettes can meet the requirement of returning to blast furnace for iron making.

Each ton of binder can produce 25-50 tons of briquettes. High qualification rate (98%) and 0.5 m-drop 7times integrity (green briquettes),High dry strength (80kg or higher).High metallization performance (90%).The briquettes will not be pulverized under the temperature of 1300℃.

Packaging

Package with 25kg woven bags or 1000 kg per jumbo bag.

Storage

Store the bags at a cool, well-ventilated and dry place.
Put them on a damp-proof cushion or pallet.
Exposure to the sun or rain is strictly prohibited.
