The Jianjie binder for DRI fines and pellet fines briquettes, made from environmentally friendly polymer materials, has hydrophilic, complexing and cold-setting properties, making it ideal for processing iron powder, chips, ore slag and other solid waste in steel plants. The resulting scrap iron briquettes are widely used in steelmaking furnaces and have earned recognition from numerous customers.

Bonding Strength:
It shows high bonding performance with compressive strength exceeding 200 kg. It remains crack-free at temperatures up to 1200°C, making it ideal for furnace smelting.

One ton of binder can produce 35-50 tons of briquettes. The briquettes have a high qualification rate of 98% and maintain integrity after a 1.5-meter drop.

Packaging

Package with 25kg woven bags or 1000 kg per jumbo bag.

Storage

Store the bags at a cool, well-ventilated and dry place.
Put them on a damp-proof cushion or pallet.
Exposure to the sun or rain is strictly prohibited.
