Jianjie® composite binder for iron ore pelletizing is a composite materials made of bentonite as raw materials and organic matter. This formula can completely replace bentonite.The amount of bentonite added is reduced by 1.0%, the grade of iron ore pellets is increased by 0.6%, the blast furnace output is increased by 1.8%, and the coke consumption is saved by 1.2%.This product will not reduce the iron grade of briquettes, and can reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Product Characteristics

For Green Pellets:
The binder speeds up pellet forming rate with smooth surface in uniform size. The drop strength and compressive strength of the green pellets are improved and the roasting temperature is not impacted.

For Roasted Pellets:
The compressive strength of roasted pellets is higher, The metallurgical properties of pellets are improved, the initial softening temperature of the pellets is increased, the final softening temperature is reduced and the softening temperature range is narrowed. The roasting temperature is reduced, the roasting temperature range is expanded and the service life of the roasting equipment is extended.

Packaging

Package with 25kg woven bags or 1000 kg per jumbo bag.

Storage

Store the bags at a cool, well-ventilated and dry place.
Put them on a damp-proof cushion or pallet.
Exposure to the sun or rain is strictly prohibited.
