Jianjie pellet binder is a mixture of multiple environment-friendly polymer materials. It not only improves the viscosity and water absorption of bentonite itself, but also improves the bonding strength and compressive strength, reduces the dosage of bentonite, and enhances the quality of the pellets.Advantages are as followed:

(3) Roasted pellets: the cold strength of the roasted pellet ore is higher, especially the cold strength of the low-temperature roasted pellet ore increases more. It improves the metallurgical properties of pellet and the high temperature resistance of pellets, reduces the roasting temperature, expands the roasting temperature interval, and prolongs the service life of roasting equipment. Lowering the low temperature reduction pulverization rate, reducing the amount of powder, facilitating blast furnace operation and reducing production energy consumption.
