Real Case of Jianjie Binder for Steel Waste

35% steelmaking dust, 25% sinter dust, 5% refining dust, 5% ironmaking dust, 20% mill scale, 25% red iron oxide. The raw material composition is not fixed. The measured moisture of the mixed material before digestion is 1.11%. The dust contains reactive calcium oxide, so the material is digested before briquetting, with an overall pH of 9.5.
